That is me! I had to get a rail off to one side of my bed to pull on and steady me once on the side of the bed. With my MS I have positional vertigo and with out that rail I would be on the floor without a plan to get up....
ReplyDeleteNot good. Maybe get an air mattress to place on the floor at night just in case the rail plan fails ...
