And I’m thankful for that.
TikTok user, @sarahcroberts, who admits, on camera, that she has been dodging paying her taxes for eight years and, in the same rant, calls for the assassination of DOGE chief Elon Musk.
U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Ed Martin swooped in with a chuckle-inducing comment.

She has removed her photo from her instagram account since this screenshot was taken … I guess she considers that going covert.
On top of that she is stupid and can't carry a coherent thought or sentence in her apathetic head!
ReplyDeleteShe did seem to have an extremely difficult time saying the most simplest of sentences. All of the liberals seem to be afflicted with powerful stupidity.
DeleteIf you are due a refund but don't file.... they will never come after you! She has probably (unknowingly/ignorantly) set up her automatic deductions to take out too much taxes on each paycheck and would have been due a refund each year for the last 8 years. NO, they will not audit you or come after you if they are going to end up giving you a refund. You just gave them more taxes than you actually owed, but you didn't realize it because it was gone before it even hit your account. (Personal experience: I've tried to set mine at net zero and they know exactly how much I owe before I do and quickly point it out to me when I was wrong)
ReplyDeleteThis is why we need to stop payroll deductions. If every single person had to write a check at the end of the year based on how much income they made... many people would change their feelings about income taxes.
While I agree with you completely about the possibility of her not being audited because she may be overpaying taxes, I knew several people at the place I last worked who thought that because they weren't audited for several years that it would never happen. Eventually they both were caught up with and had to end up hiring a firm to help them settle their delinquent accounts. Personally, I love not having to pay a lump sum at the end of the tax year and monitor my/spouse refund every year to keep it as close to 0 as I can.
