Besides, that is an damn ugly truck! I would quit a 20 year career in the post office if I had to drive that! Why redesign the wheel? A commercial utility van would works just as well of better, if if you had to do some modifications that that abortion.
ReplyDeleteThose losses are why a first class stamp costs near 80 cents and it takes two weeks to mail a first class letter to South Dakota from Oregon when it used to take 3 days tops! Another thing is to get rid of being Amazons delivery system, let them deliver packages, not UPS. That is were they are losing boco bucks!
(I'm at a loss as to why it's taking longer and longer for comments to appear.) As you said the fugly factor is high as hell and even if that weren't a factor, these vehicles are almost all EV's. What a massive waste. I've heard rumors Trump will end up merging the PO with some other branch of government.
