Not No, But HELL NO

I don't even think this could be real, if it is, wouldn't these people need oxygen ... and wouldn't they be frozen.

    If they are under 10,000 feet, they can breath air at about 13 psi, sea level it is 14.7 psi. It may be a bit chilly. I know you may not want to try that with your breathing problem, nor would me with my COPD...
