From all accounts a decent and honest man who was doing nothing but using his knowledge to save fellow Americans from a filthy criminal threat on the subway. He was doing what he thought was right and he should rightfully be protected by the Good Samaritan Law and be found innocent. God Bless Daniel Penny.
