I guess everybody must be slowing down after the gorging for Thanksgiving because the supply of cartoons to post for you guys has dropped somewhat.
FYI, The flag laying over the 'patient' is the Lebanon flag. The symbol the surgeon is holding up is from the Hezbollah flag.
