So this cartoon makes me think either Dick Wright is losing his edge and saying Gaetz won't 'fit' as AG (BAD) OR he's saying that Gaetz will be totally antithetical to the establishment AG mold (GOOD). I don't know which.
Overall, the majority of cartoonists who are featured at Caglecartoons are leftoids, but Wright has leaned to the right, so I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt.
