My Health Is Suffering
From emphysema which is bad enough but both my wife and I caught 'Covid 19', the flu, in the very last few days of 2019. We never got vaccinated, and I was laid off work with the threat of being fired if I didn’t get the shot. Anybody at work that was over 60 that refused would be terminated. I was just beginning to suffer from emphysema and I knew I wouldn’t be able to work much longer. So I was out of work, and being paid approximately 25% of my regular pay, their plan to give us time to think our decision over and come to our senses. I had done a little research on Covid but you had to hunt hard to find information about it in 2019. When it first started affecting us, my doctor at the time, great doctor, old school, didn’t know exactly what we, my wife and I, had but said it was a new flu virus beginning to show up and it was pretty bad.
They had tried repeatedly to get me to quit but I was eventually given a deadline at work to get the shot and finally they fired us. I had been out of work and had filed for disability for over a year then.
Luckily Gov. DeSantis came out with the Covid/Work bill, can’t remember the actual name. My employer had to give me back pay for the 18 months~ that I wasn’t allowed to work. About 1 1/2 years later my disability was approved.
Having said all that, I’m SO GLAD I got the Coronavirus because about the time I was laid off from work and didn’t spend any time around very many people they started telling me about a much worse variety of the flu … Carlsbergvirus.

It would all depend on what I had loaded in that side by side. If it was bird shot, I would have tried to wait until I could put most of it in his face but you never know how you’re gonna react in cases like that.
(But I would have had to throw out them underwear, can’t nothing take out that much high pressure shit stains. I'd keep the pants depending on how much blow-by there was.)

The Right Needs To Rally Around Heroes
The word "hero" is thrown around much too often today and it irritates me. But anybody who puts their life or health on the line for other people has the right to be labeled "Hero." Daniel Perry stepped in when he didn't need to to put himself between a psychopath and complete strangers. He deserves some 'above and beyond' recognition.

At 20:34 in Hessen, Germany, the Ford RS200 driven by Swiss driver, Marc Surer, ran wide on a fast right hander. It spun on the grassy verges of the road and hit a tree broadside near the engine compartment at a speed estimated to be around 200 km/h. The car sheered this tree in half and continued to slide over the grass until it it a larger tree just behind its b-column. The Ford exploded in a huge ball of fire and broke in two parts. Surer’s co-driver Michel Wyder was killed instantly. Surer was ejected from the car. He suffered multiple fractures, serious burns and other injuries.

Court Rules In Favor Of Texas’ Razor Border Wall
The best part is that come January 20th the Trump administration will drop any Biden-Harris admin appeal of this ruling and move to help Texas.
A federal appeals court on Wednesday ruled that Texas has the right to build a razor wire border wall to deter illegal immigration into the Lone Star State.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced the ruling on X, saying President Biden was “wrong to cut our razor wire.”
“We continue adding more razor wire border barrier,” the Republican leader wrote.
Wednesday’s 2-1 decision by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals clears the way for Texas to pursue a lawsuit accusing the Biden administration of trespassing without having to remove the fencing.
Circuit Judge Kyle Duncan, a Trump appointee during the president-elect’s first term, wrote for Wednesday’s majority that Texas was trying only to safeguard its own property, not “regulate” U.S. Border Patrol, and was likely to succeed in its trespass claims.
Los Federales have primacy on immigration per the Constitution, but, do States not have the right to protect their own statehood? Don’t forget, the original mean of “state” was “nation.” It was 13 former colonies now considering themselves to be almost their own nations brought together as the United States Of America, with a central federal government for certain functions. And a need to protect their land. It’s a novel argument.
