This is a bridge built in the Chimney Rock area of the Appalachian Mountains. It was built out of two flatbed semi trailers to be able to reach families stranded without clean drinking water and medical supplies, etc.
These people are so used to not being able to rely on the government that they don’t ask or wait on FEMA or government assistance. They just do what they have to do.
