What you hear in this clip is not really Biden claiming to be the “first black woman, to serve with a black president.” And before you say it, no, I’m not telling you to not believe your ‘lying ears.’ I’m saying you have to understand this is coming from a man who has been a liar, a felony exaggerator, an egomaniac, all his life. He doesn’t know what the truth is and so he stumbles over everything he says trying to express his importance. What you actually hear is a man who has dementia, scrambling up so many thoughts that he can’t express a single one coherently. He’s so cognitively impaired that he can’t finish a thought without going on to the next thought.
