This is the Blonde Mangalitsa or Mangalica Pig

Although it is rare elsewhere, this Old World pig is fairly common in Hungary. Its name means “hog with a lot of lard.”
These pigs are mainly grown in a free range type environment. Mangalitsa’s do very well surviving in an outdoor, foraging type situation.
Today’s producers have bred most fat from animals grown for meat, but these pigs have a heavily marbled meat somewhat like kobe-beef. The main product from these pigs is sausage as they are classified as a Fat-Type Hog. But many people say the taste of the meat is unbeatable.
The Blonde Mangalitsa have hair almost identical to most breeds of sheep. The fleece can be black, or red, but is most commonly blond. The Mangalitsa is the last pig in existence to sport this unusual fleece, and it was nearly lost to extinction by the 1990s, when fewer than 200 pigs remained in Hungary.
The hair is too coarse to be useful for anything that is feasible.
