They’ve arrested him. Kashaan Parks. The neighborhood almost killed him from what I saw and the cops had to hold them off.
They should have a public hanging ... he tried to kill her in almost the same manner. Make the penalty fit the crime. (I can't do anything about separating the two links, they post together every time.)
