Semi almost rolls in ditch, saved by fellow truckers.

That was close ... but they did a great job with very limited resources. This is probably in some mud hut country where real heavy duty recovery vehicles are few and far between. They have a chain running between the top of the semi trailer in the ditch which is attached low to the semi's trailer frame on the road. The other semi is just pulling. They were lucky. Single chains can snap if overloaded.

Also, the first thing I would do after getting out of the semi and taking a much needed piss if I didn't already is kick that ignorant shits ass with the "Traffic Police" reflective jacket on. He was telling them to stop a long time before they got the truck safely up on the level road. He's worse than useless.
