We have a 250 gal. propane tank to supply a whole house generator and our propane appliances. My wife wants me to paint it because it can be seen when approaching the house. (Dark colors are NOT recommended due to the expansion properties of propane and FL gets a lot of sunlight.) I've been checking out painting ideas online. So far, a watermelon decor is her top choice because it would blend with all the vegetation where it sits and since we live in an area where watermelons are a major crop it would get a few understanding looks and comments, she says it's whimsical ... I say, if we want it to blend in ... why not go all the way with camo ...
