Another Florida Man in the making ...

Newly released surveillance video shows the scene of a shooting on Monday night where an 11-year-old boy is accused of injuring two other children following a local Pop Warner football practice, according to the Apopka Florida Police Department. The altercation was said to have started over a big of chips.
Apopa Police said the two 13 Y/O’s chased the 11 Y/O to his car and he retrieved a pistol from under the from passenger seat and shot both of them. The video is dark but you can see the muzzle flash next to the dark vehicle above the letter ‘D’ in the word ‘OLD in the top line of the chyron in the screen shot.
