The one on top ... with the big head ... the one that's making life just a little harder on all the workers ... that's called 'The Management." LOL

P.S. My experience has been that management that have actually been out there on the line, doing the job, always make better managers. The ones who 'know how to do the job' by having 'book learning' or taking the class tend to be PIA's to ones who do the job. This is even more pronounced in the military than it is in the private sector.
