Obviously the woman/wife who left that note on the receipt has NEVER, EVER eaten in a real Southern diner or restaurant. The words sweetheart, darlin', honey, and sugar are thrown around by the waitresses, husbands and wives because ... that's what we Southerners do. Oh, and Bless her heart.
