I'm not a wine drinker, but my wife enjoys a good wine in the evening or when we go out to eat when she orders certain foods. I've drank wine but it has never appealed to me. But I DO make sure my wife has it available at all times because she deserves a good wine buzz from time to time for putting up with me.

My wife used to be stressed a lot of the time. Then she took up Yoga. She is never stressed for long any more. Yoga has worked wonders for her.
