Hurricane Hilary is projected to lose oomph over Baja Mexico, but it will bring 8 to 10 inches of rain to areas that don't normally get much rain and that causes mudslides and flash floods. At the time, Hilary is moving quickly and that will hopefully limit it's time over those areas where it could possibly do the most damage in the Baja and California.
