Obviously, using a vehicle to evade the cops in St. Louis is not good, and when you trash your getaway vehicle and run on foot, even worse. But when you pull out the pistol and start firing as they move in, it can get your ass hurt. The first vehicle pits him up on the sidewalk, sans vehicle, lol, and then the second vehicle makes sure he is harmless by running up over the sidewalk AND the perp with front and back tires. And he was later identified as Dindu Nuffin.
