How in the wide, wide world of insane perversity, is this restoring "honor and decency to the White House"?

Someone needs to tell "Rose" that man boobs don't need to be covered. Although ... there were children present at this perverted event so maybe it's best to cover them so as not to scar/terrify the children any more than they already are.
