This is the first mobile phone I ever had. My employers gave it to me and had it hooked up where it would cause the horn to blow when the phone rang because I was usually outside my truck and he wanted to be able to get in touch with me at anytime. That was a pain in the @ss BUT, since not very many people had car phones at the time, it was an egotistical thing when you were hanging out with your friends and someone would call.

Everybody else: "What the hell?"

Me: "Oh that's just my truck phone, let me go get that."
