Actually, the BEST fudge on the planet is only sold at Maggie Mountaineer Crafts in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. It’s a touristy, crafty, place with tons of locally made jams, jellies, (some very unusual) crafts and loads of trinkets and knick-knacks. But the real attraction to us is the fudge. “THE FUDGE.” We can’t go to Maggie Valley every year and don’t want to, but you can order your favorites and have them mailed during the right times of the year. It also depends on when they make your favorite blend because they don’t have the same kinds all year long depending of availability of ingredients. We always try to order more than we can eat and freeze it because it freezes great.
