John Fetterman just chaired a committee hearing and it’ll remind you A LOT of Joe Biden.
It’s not just the word fumbles, which are egregious, that I’m talking about. Fetterman is reading word for word from notes the entire way through his opening statement, barely looking up at all as he tripped his way through it.
He asks a question of a witness and it’s a wonder she can understand the question but this entire committee was probably handed the transcript beforehand.
All of his questions had to have been written down by his staffers because he doesn’t have a clue what he’s talking about. He’s reading the questions verbatim from his notebook. And he’s the committee chair!
Before CSPAN cut away to avoid embarrassment, you can see a staffer holding up an iPad with notes as Fetterman attempts to talk to people after the hearing ended.
