Joe Biden Pardon Scandal Deepens

On his way out the door, the former president signed a series of pardons at the ACLU's request. Billed as applying to "non-violent drug offenders" (which is an insanely broad generalization), they ended up including a drug lord who murdered an eight-year-old boy and his mother to stop them from testifying. Adrian Peeler is now set to be released in July.

  1. Peeler is a choir boy now, right. I am a stud muffin par-excellent! I fervently hope Trump's DOJ will take these pardons in front of a court and have all of them rescinded as biden was clearly incapable of being (p)Resident and was deemed by his federal prosecutors deemed too fragile and not lucid to stand charges on another matter and his behavior was in question. They need to find out who really set up the pardons. A court needs to look at negating all those pardons and clemencies. Congress needs to establish very clear guidelines for future instances of pardons and any one committing murder or multiple violent and drug related crimes. Families of presidents and governors need to be exempt from a pardons. This is a case of unethical treatment of an immediate family. Someone else with no ties or obligation needs to make that decision.

    1. I couldn't agree more with you on this issue. These pardons and even the commutations shouldn't be allowed to stand coming from a man who wasn't stable enough to stand charges or testify.
