In law, ignorantia juris non excusat (Latin for "ignorance of the law excuses not"), is a legal principle holding that a person who is unaware of a law may not escape liability for violating that law merely by being unaware of its content.
That should be a valid, legal excuse, hell, the judges and attorneys don't know all teh law and have to have someone to take time to research it! Fluck 'em!

ReplyDeleteYes sir. You know it's unrealistic when even the damn lawyers don't know the entirety of the law and you can't use that fact as an excuse.
