I saw the reconstituted version in town a few moths ago. Small venue and the set was excellent, with vocals similar enough to the original and nicely performed. The lead guitar and two or three other band mates were outside on their break chatting with some of the crowd; turns out me and him lived in the same neighborhood in Doraville, though several years apart. Live and local is the way to do it. As an example:
